This course utilizes the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Broker License course which is an approved course by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) and is completed totally online – with optional in-person study time. No books, instead you’ll receive an online book and videos to help streamline the process and help you navigate the material in the most efficient manner.

After completing the 12 online chapters and final exam you will be ready and eligible to take the Wisconsin Real Estate Broker Exam.

What do I need for the online course?
To complete this course you will need:

What is the process to become a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker?
Wisconsin Real Estate Broker licenses are issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). This online pre-license course is approved by DSPS and utilizes the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Pre-License Education Program. It is offered at Hayes University locations in cooperation with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.

In this online course you will complete the board-approved pre-license education program for brokers. After completing the required assignments, you’ll take a practice exam to complete the course.

Once you complete the online course, you’ll need to go to a Pearson VUE Testing Center (or register online at PearsonVUE.com) to take the Wisconsin Exam, then send your Certificate of Completion, a license application, fee, and other supporting documents to the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

You have six (6) months from the date of purchase to complete this online course.

Please Note: A criminal conviction record may prohibit you from receiving a license from the DSPS.

Then, we contact you to welcome you to the course, and make sure you received your login e-mail from the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association for your online course.
